Ideally things are trending up. But if things have gone pear shaped, well this will show up too. But this information gives you the chance to act, change and straighten course before it’s too late.

P.S. What you see happening with this runners fitness is a consistent build into their first key race. A period of recovery (an off season) before another build into their next key race. At the time of this screen shot they were approximately 6 weeks out for their main event and perfectly positioned to have a blinder!
